Welcome to ChurchFlow. These Terms of Service govern your use of our church management system and services. By accessing or using ChurchFlow, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ChurchFlow, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

Description of Service

ChurchFlow is a comprehensive church management system that provides:

  • Member management and classification
  • Attendance tracking and reporting
  • Event management and registration
  • Donation and pledge tracking
  • Communication tools (SMS, email)
  • Financial reporting and analytics
  • Mobile app access for members

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use ChurchFlow, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Keep your password secure
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

Subscription and Payment

Pricing Plans

ChurchFlow offers tiered pricing plans based on church size and needs. All plans include the full system with varying levels of support and features.

Payment Terms

  • Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance
  • Setup fees are one-time charges
  • Payment is due within 30 days of invoice
  • Late payments may incur interest charges
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Setup fees are non-refundable after services have been rendered.

Data and Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to ChurchFlow. You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide and improve our services.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security and recommend regular data backups.

Data Retention

Upon account termination, we will retain your data for 90 days before permanent deletion, unless required by law to retain longer.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use ChurchFlow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

  • Use the service for illegal activities
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Violate applicable laws or regulations
  • Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications

Intellectual Property

ChurchFlow and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by ChurchFlow and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Trademarks

ChurchFlow, the ChurchFlow logo, and related trademarks are the property of ChurchFlow and may not be used without our permission.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

Service Level

We aim for 99.5% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure events.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of using our services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChurchFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Maximum Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by providing written notice. You will remain responsible for all fees incurred prior to termination.

Termination by Us

We may terminate your account for:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Abuse of the service
  • Legal or regulatory requirements

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution Process

Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to mediation in Nairobi, Kenya.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our service.
